I am a motivated and connection-driven individual with a passion for conservation, communication, and education. I am seeking to contribute by leveraging strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork. I am quick to rise and adapt to any challenge and lead with an empathetic heart. My strengths are versatile as I have been in the mud in my boots, assisting with guests and animal welfare, to a more polished footing, coordinating events for personal and corporate clients. With over a decade of experience in customer service, I have the abilities to provide exceptional care, remain calm under pressure, and ensure functionality and efficiency. In the past five years I have lead volunteer initiatives, contributed to a developing not-for-profit organization, and worked hands on with a variety of animals from dogs and horses, to sharks and dolphins! I have much to offer and remain eager in my sincerity and gratitude.
